This comes well packaged in a cardboard box with plastic wrapping and corner protectiors around it, so thankfully it arrived in good condition. It also makes it more liftable as it’s a novelty that’s got some thought behind it, especially for people who like experiences and travel.It’s basically a photo frame formed with a hollowed box, with a cut-out on top for you to slide things in. Anything from ticket stubs for attending events, cinema tickets, and travel plans, to smaller knick-knacks you might pick up like keyring, receipts, postcards, stickers, etc.I have this with the black frame which I think looks great contrasting against the white background, and it’s on a worktop against a white wall too. It looks neat and modern, and at 30x30cm, it’s a decent size for holding lots of bits and bobs. The front is “shatterproof acrylic”, so it’s pretty robust and rugged. It’s also crystal clear, so it looks really good and showcases your keepsakes nicely.On the back are clips, like on a photo frame, to keep the back board in place. The only thing I noticed that wasn’t as great is that looking in the box, looking straight down the cut-out at the top, you can see some very slight gaps between that backing and the white background paper, and the side of the frame. In theory things could get stuck in there as it’s small but could catch paper/card tickets. I’ve not had that issue yet and you can’t really see it from the front so I don’t think it’s a big deal. There’s a flat hanging clip there on the back but it’s not like a loop, so I don’t think it’s going to be as easy to hang this on a nail as it should be. I’m not sure, I’ve not attempted that. I’ve thus far just got it on a desktop standing against the wall. The downside is that one of the brand’s photos makes it look like this has a pull out stand like on a regular photo frame to stand it upright. It doesn’t.All in all, a lovely shadow box that’s decent enough quality, looks fab and is a great way of storing and showcases memories and momentos, but it’d be better to have an easier hanging loop for wall mounting and a fold-out arm for displaying on a desktop.

I got this for my daughter to keep her memories in, as she lives abroad and travels a lot.It’s a great little frame with a good jetsetting-theme to it that allows her to keep her plane tickets, old passports, tickets for venues, photos, souvenirs and other knick-knacks in it so she has something to remind her of them in the future.A good sturdy little box that can be mounted like a picture frame or just sat on a dressing table, with a good size slot to drop things into, and giving a nice « random » collection of them on show.Easy enough to take the back off to retrieve items and cheap enough that I won’t worry about her breaking it when she moves around in the future. A great little product for a little traveller.

Love the idea of this! Perfect for keeping little momentos of trips & holidays that you want to retain but don’t know where!I ordered the 12″ x 12 to accomodate postcards, travel momentos, event tickets etc.It’s a basic construct yet seemingly well-made. A 15cm x 1cm approx ‘letterbox’ slot at the top. *You can add wider items or remove something by taking the back off the box, it’s attached like a photo frame.Protective film on the outside of the acrylic front. I did find there were fine scratches on the acrylic, though not so obvious once the frame is in position.The white ‘backing’ inside the box is just a loose piece of paper.Comes complete with wall hangings so you don’t have to find something to attach it to your wall.The shadow box design is also deep enough for the box to stand on it’s own on a shelf or cabinet.Obviously if wall mounted the design means your souvenirs fall higgledy piggledy to the bottom of the box and depending on how many there are you cannot clearly see them all, perhaps not ideal, however you could tape some to the white paper, or else display the box on a table to show as a colourful & interesting flat lay. It’s keepsake ‘storage’, rather than solely for displaying.I like this item, simple yet functional & the highly stylised World map made from the airplane trail, gives a cool modern vibe.A great gift idea for any global adventurers you may know!Very pleased.
